MSO  Supplier  Performance  Engineer
 
 Responsibilities  (岗位职责)：
 -  To  evaluate  the  quality  control  system  of  suppliers,  assist  to  establish  the  company  supply  chain  system
 评审供应商的质量管理体系，协助建立公司的采购供应链
 -  To  inspect  product  quality,  including  onsite  /incoming  products  inspection
 产品质量检验（生产现场检查和进货验收）
 -  To  setup  and  improve  the  internal  product  quality  system
 内部产品质量体系的建立和改进
 -  To  coordinate  with  the  internal  and  the  suppliers  regarding  problems  arising  in  the  production  process
 协调公司内部与供应商在生产中出现的问题
 -  To  monitor  and  supervise  suppliers  onsite  to  establish  and  improve  quality  control  process  in  order  to  meet  the  requirements
 现场监督和指导供应商建立或改进质量控制过程，使其满足要求
 -  To  collect  suppliers’  information,  make  statistic  analysis  and  report  regarding  to  suppliers’  performance
 供应商的信息管理，业绩统计和汇报
 -  To  undertake  other  tasks  assigned  by  the  management
 完成管理层安排的其他工作
 -  Frequent  business  trips  required
 需要经常出差
 Requirements  (任职资格)：
 -  Bachelor  degree  or  above,  major  in  mechanical,  materials  or  related  areas
 本科及以上学历，机械制造或材料等相关专业
 -  Min  5  years  of  relevant  working  experience  in  manufacture  industry
 5年以上机械行业相关工作经验
 -  To  process  the  adequate  knowledge  of  metal  surface  treatment  techniques  ((stainless  steel  and  aluminum  alloy  electroplating  process,  surface  treatment,  etc)  as  well  as  the  practical  experience  in  operation  and  management.  Candidate  with  Experience  in  spare  parts  cleaning  is  preferable
 熟悉金属表面处理工艺要求和具有实际的操作及管理经验（不锈钢和铝合金表面处理，电镀工艺等）。有零件高洁净清洗经验者优先考虑
 -  Be  expert  in  quality  control  system,  candidate  with  ISO  Internal  Auditor  Certificate  is  preferable
 熟悉质量管理体系，有ISO内审员资格者优先
 -  Be  able  to  apply  process  control  requirements  and  methods  to  production  process  setup  and  improvement
 能够使用过程控制的要求和方式方法来建立或指导改进生产流程
 -  Be  familiar  with  testing  apparatus
 熟悉相关检测仪器的使用
 -  Good  command  of  English  (Both  Verbal  and  Written  English),  can  manage  English  in  a  daily  working  basis
 良好的英语书面及口语交流的能力，可以将英语作为工作语言
 -  Strong  communication  skills  and  negotiation  skills  with  suppliers
 有较好的语言和书写表达能力，具备与供应商沟通和谈判的技巧
 -  Expertise  in  computer  and  Microsoft  Office
 熟悉电脑和办公软件的操作
 -  Teamwork  spiritual  with  professional  ethics
 具有团队合作能力及职业道德和敬业精神
 -  Has  the  willingness  for  continuous  improvement
